Yoh To Launch Online Managed Staffing Exchange with SAP

PHILADELPHIA, June 23, 2003 – Yoh today announced the availability of the next generation of its proprietary Private Exchange online service for customers. Using SAP® software, the Private Exchange will continue to deliver customer-focused content and community resources to customers. The business software engine provided by mySAP™ Business Suite will provide a leading-edge platform for candidate requisition development and approval, candidate identification, employee on/offboarding and time entry and approval, among other key processes in the managed staffing environment.

SAP is the world's leading provider of business software solutions. Yoh is one of the nation's largest providers of staffing services. Its managed staffing unit serves 30+ enterprise customers and delivered more than 62 Million USD in online sales in 2002. Overall, Yoh has web-enabled 20% of its managed staffing customer base, with 2003 sales in this sector running 35% ahead of 2002.

Yoh is using mySAP Enterprise Portal to allow more than 10,000 customers, suppliers, partners, contractors and their own staff to access the system using a secure, single user interface. With mySAP Customer Relationship Management, Yoh customers can create job requests on the Internet via the portal. This customer-facing functionality enables Yoh to react quickly to customer demand and helps reduce "time to fill" cycle times for job requests. Using mySAP Product Lifecycle Management's c-Folder functionality allows system users the opportunity to collaborate seamlessly and in real-time through document sharing on candidates and job request projects. The Private Exchange is powered by SAP NetWeaver™, the open integration and application platform and will be delivered and maintained through a multi-year contract with SAP Hosting for accelerated time-to-benefit, lower total cost of ownership and high-quality system performance.

Additionally, Yoh has implemented SAP's leading human resources solution, mySAP Human Resources to empower employees to manage administrative tasks with an employee self-service (ESS) function to the portal. Yoh employees are now empowered to manage their own personal data in the company's HR systems. Using the ESS feature, customers can approve time requests using the portal.

"To provide our customers with an eBusiness vision and to deliver product leadership, we needed to partner with the best enterprise software company in the world," said Jim Lanzalotto, Vice President of Strategy & Marketing for Yoh. "With SAP, our business processes, customer-focused content and on-site management teams, we believe our Private Exchange services will play a lead role in the future of the staffing industry."

"Leveraging their existing investment with SAP, Yoh can now provide its customers with even greater integration of people, process and technology through their enhanced Private Exchange offering," said Bill McDermott, CEO, SAP America, Inc. "Both of our companies share the values of better managing customer relationships and offering cutting-edge technologies to help our customers grow their market share."
